These terms govern access to and use of the Kolosili website uptime and performance monitoring platform.
Access to the application requires an account. The customer is responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for actions taken from their space.
The service is provided per the chosen plan (see the Pricing page). Billing follows a credits-per-monitor-type model over a monthly period; amounts and terms are set at signup.
Kolosili uses reasonable means to ensure service availability. Applicable service-level terms (SLA) are defined in the contract.
The customer remains owner of their configuration and measurement data. Kolosili processes it to provide the service, per the privacy policy.
The customer may terminate per their plan's terms. In case of breach (including non-payment), access may be suspended.
